Hi Im 49 years old and have always been able to keep my weight acceptable by eating healthy and do lots of exercise and sports. Only one time i weight too much and that was after stop smoking and giving birth to my daughter. Than i lost weight with 1000 calorie diet. Thats 23 years ago. Now i had gained weigth over a period of 12 years because of post traumatic dystrophy, artroses and fybromyalgy. I couldnt do my exercises and sports as i did all my life. Slowly weight gained and the last year i also didnt do so good on healthy food. My body is not used to this overweight and with all the things going on with my health i did get problems with it. So before it goes completely out of control i have decided to do something about it. I choose for the 1200 calories diet. Its easy to follow without having to be hungry, still able to enjoy the things i really love and get me focussed on healthy food again. I want to lose 11 kg but my first goal is set on 8 kg.
