Hallo iedereen.

Atkins vs. Weightwatchers
Hello Bunnydoes, I have never been on Atkins but on caloriecount. For what i read about Atkins is you have to change your foodhabbits so drasticly especially in the beginning which i think makes it more difficult. I think portioncontrol and low and healthy calorie food makes it possible to do the normal things foodwise. Also easier in combination with the food the rest of the family eats and can help you to make a real lifechange for good. But i think its very personal. Succes with choosing your diet and no matter what you choose for, go for it the full 100%. Succes!!

What's wrong with potato chips?
You can make the chips yourself in the microwave. There are special racks you can set thin slices of potatoes in and in a few minutes in the microwave you have fatfree chips. No fat so less calories. You can than season them with whatever you want.

Craving sweet foods
For me, sweet cherry tomatoes, strawberries and apple bits do wonders as well as snack a jack and sweet/sour gherkins. Its all low calories and i always make sure i have room for things like that in my daily intake. If i dont need them i stay under my RDI and this could mean extra weightloss. SUCCES!

Former Anorectic now loosing baby weight
Hey EllieV, To prevent you from panic eating in the evening you should set your total daily intake in the morning. I fill in the dietcalender each day in the morning from breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. So already in the morning i know what to eat and drink for the rest of the day and make sure its the calories i need to have. Than you do not have to panic either at the end of the day you had to much or too less. Succes!!
