Hoelang ik al een chips verslaving heb, weet ik niet. Maar tot op de dag van vandaag kan ik daar kilo's van op en vooral Lay's (Super) paprika. Maarja, dat had ook zijn weerslag op mijn gewicht. 20 jaar geleden was ik al een fanatiek wielrenner en sinds 2002 sta ik weer op de pedalen. Heb er tot nu toe 1,5 keer de aarde rond weggetrapt.
Voor 2011 heb ik als doel gezet naar de 90 kilo en de wielerrit Diekirch - Valkenswaard, 265 km. fietsen. Mijn training kun je volgen via Endomondo.com.

Best schedule is;
- Morning between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Afternoon between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM
- Evening between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Do not eat at night.
It will take about 2 tot 3 weeks untill your body gets used to not eating at night.
The night is to sleep and rested well to start a next day!
