Just trying to be as healthy as possible & gain a better self image. Ive always been nig boned & weighty. I started at 75kg (i'm 1.59m) & my goal is 55 :) I've given myself 4-6 months to achieve this result. I restrict my daily calorie intake to 1200. I've stopped all soda's, take out and restrict myself to 1 cheat day per a week.I exercise daily (mon-fri) - atleast 40 minutes of weight training (each day a different muscle group) & try burn atleast 50-100 calories with cardio. I absolutely LOVE squats!! <3
