I was a good girl yesterday, controlled my urge for eating well. I think this loss is rather a psychological one though. Mental damage works so well for the weight loss... Sigh.

Yay it is 66.x kg again. I am happy this morning. Although I ate roast dinner at home yesterday lunchtime, I did not have any potatoes. Then in the evening, a little bit of vegetables and a bit of rice noodle. For me, no or low carbo at night time is the way to go.

Up by 400g. I hope this is just a temporary trend. I am gaining a lot of weight in 2 days. But... it could be reflecting my recent food and drink intake. I hope it will go down to 66.x kg tomorrow morning.
