I'm really shocked by the weight this morning, but I am trying not to pay too much attention to it. Keep on eating less is the key I believe.

I'm very happy with the weight this morning. I lost 800g yesterday, which I thought would go up today, so I defended well! Again, I had normal-ish meals for breakfast and lunch, but vegetables only for the evening. Had a couple of rice cakes as a snack, but yeah I am happy.
Hope it will go down to 66.9 tomorrow!!
I will keep trying.

I was good yesterday! I had normal-ish meals for breakfast and lunch, but only vegetable stir-fry at the evening. Cutting down carbo is the way for me to work. I will keep on doing this. Happy Monday morning! Have a good day everybody.

Yesterday, I went to a National Trust place, then there was a market on. Bought nice bread and ate it for lunch, then sausage and mash at the dinner. It was not a diet at all. I will try hard today!!! I am really disappointed with myself. I need to be more disciplined.

Yesterday, I went for a meal twice as I saw a friend of mine at lunch time, carried on drinking, then curry at night. No wonder why the weight has gone up. I will try hard today so that the weight will not go up more!
