Down by 400g. Phew. Another 600g to go! I will mainly eat vegetables today. I was hoping a good blue sky today but it is a bit cloudy. Still, it is a bank holiday weekend! I will try my best today.

This is a result from eating out last night. Vietnamese. It was lovely and I had fair amount of drink, so I just have to accept this number and move on. I will try to shake this off in 3-4 days time!

I cooked curry at home, and it was the evening meal. After the curry, I went out for a drink and had 2 large glasses of wine. Calorie-wise, not a good day. But it was a good day.Hope it will go down tomorrow.
