Going well. Documenting all food and fluids consumed is keeping me on track and I'm surprised that I'm continuing to eat all the proper food groups without being hungry.
Making sure I drink plenty of fluids through the day, plus having a small snack and morning and afternoon tea time, is keeping me topped up and not snacking on things I shouldn't.
I'm happy, to date.

I've made sure I've had all meals, and a small mid morning and afternoon snack of a piece of fruit, plus a minimum of two glasses of water during the morning and again in the afternoon, over and above tea and coffee.
This has kept me full, and not wanting to snack by getting too hungry. I've found that choosing low GI options have helped, plus I've set myself a rule of not eating anything after I've had my evening meal. I'm happy with how this is going.

I make fruit smoothies without dairy.I also have vegetable smoothies rich in green veggies - silverbeet, broccoli, tomato and half and avocado then whatever veggies I have in the fridge and use Campbell's vegetable stock as the fluid medium.
I have rolled oats for breakfast and make sure I have a small snack for mid morning and afternoon of a piece of fruit.
I don't have a sweet tooth and I don't eat any meat at all, nor do I have dairy as I'm vegan.
