I too have crashes like this a few times a week, I hate it!

Have you had any success on keeping from crashing? When I do everything I am "supposed" to do it just gets worse. I end up crashing nearly every meal/snack.

When I start feeling like I'm gonna crash, I usually try to grab fruit or something sweet and rest for a few minutes, that usually helps. I don't have any idea how to keep it from happening, but I've noticed it usually happens after I've waited too long to eat, then after I finally do, a little while later I start to feel it coming on

It can be done, and I wish you the best. I always try to remember that there are others out there going through the same thing and that helps. Try starting small, like swapping out ingredients in your favorite meals to make them healthier. For example, on taco night I use lean ground beef, fat free sour cream and cheese. I use butter flavored spray in place of butter or oil, and bake or grill instead of fry. Doing this helps with it being a lifestyle change instead of dieting. Also, you can always make your favorite foods, just make them healthy, so you don't feel deprived. Check out hungrygirl.com, she has awesome recipes with swaps on ingredients so you can have everything from a burger to sweets, and not feel guilty

When I started my weight loss journey, I was 388 lbs. You have to take it one day at a time and set small goals, or it will be too overwhelming, many times I wanted to give up, because of so much that I needed to lose, but if you can stick to it, it will happen. I'm down to 194 now and still have about 50 lbs I would like to get rid of, but I still keep my goals small, right now I'm working on getting to 175, and I'll move on from there. It will be tough, but so worth it. Good luck to you, and I'll be support if you need it

Good luck in your journey, when I originally started I weighed 388lbs and losing so much weight made me feel like I couldn't do it, it was too much and it was overwhelming. I made small goals for myself and made sure to celebrate once I reached them, usually with a new outfit or something that was not food. I'm down to 194 now, and still keep my goals small. Right now my goal is getting to 175, then I'll move on from there. It's not been easy and I've done this off and on for the past 5 years, if I would have stuck to it, I would have been at goal long ago. It's not easy, but well worth it in the long run.
