Is it possible to lose weight without physical exercise?
It is possible to loose weight without exercise. If your body is in ketosis, it merely means that your body is using fat for energy. In the past I tried a diet called Ideal Protein. In stage one of this diet, you are not to exercise more than a yoga class or some walking at a normal pace. There is a list of food given to you of what you can eat. The foods on the list are a lot of low or no carb foods. By following the format, it puts your body into ketosis and you get to a point where you really are not craving food much. The beginning is hard but after 5-7 days the body adjusts and it gets easier. The other benefit to this diet is that you don't burn muscle you only burn fat. Hope this helped you!
