I came across this site when I was looking for a way to accurately record calories in the dishes I create. It also co-incided with a kick start diet I wanted to create and adhere to for 7 days.
The target weight was to lose 1 stone or 14 pounds in seven days.
The 7 days is up and I've almost reached the target weight short by 2 pounds. Will start to introduce more normal food now as the diet should not be used for more than a 7 day period :)
