I'm originally from Tennessee, so the fried foods are hard to break, for me...as is sweet tea, which I gave up 4 months ago. Soda is another story!

My family has a history of being over weight. I got down to 194 while trying to get into the Army but ended up nixing it to get married. Ended up jumping to 260.

After my divorce, lowered back down to 230 and hovered there for a few years.

Now, I'm back up to 260. Love going out to eat and I love my soda.

Now that I'm nearing 30, it's about time to get the body I have always wanted and the health to match.
