I'm sorry for being totally selfish here. I was just wondering if I'm 5'3 and around 170lbs, which is pretty awful. I'm huge. How much weight would I have to lose to be "healthy"? Thanks!

Not eating enough?
I never really thought that I would have this problem, but I can't seem to eat enough calories. I mean, I eat a lot and by the time it's too late, I realize I haven't even broken 1,000 calories for the day...and it's already 7pm. I don't want to gorge and consume too many calories at night, but what else should I do? Will I not lose weight if I'm not eating enough? What if I'm not "working out"...wouldn't it just balance out? I've never suffered with an eating disorder or anything...I'm just not hungry. Ugh. Please help? Thank you!
