Subway Tuna Sandwich
I'm a little disapointed, I never though a Subway tuna sandwich could have so much FAT. I tough that I was doing a smart choice.

Newbie needing help with fast food
you can buy tv dinners, like lean cuisine, green giant, lean pockets or if youre on the run and need to stop in a fast food I recommend you to buy the book eat this not that, the restaurant survival guide, it tells you what you should eat at the fast foods. Sometimes what you think is the best choise is not. I was surprised when I read it.

I have a calorie counter watch, I use it for my workouts. but, 3000 cal It might be right if youre saying that includes heavy lifting and youre constantly moving.
