I accept myself unconditionally right now!
Started the 3rd week with my personal trainer today. Feeling wonderful; getting great blood sugar readings; carb cravings are nearly non-existent. I have a new relationship with vegetables and have found I love to eat all sorts of them I've never really liked before. This is finally working for me.
I can see the start of defined bicep muscles on my arms when I flex. Can hardly wait until I see the beginnings of my abdominal muscles as I haven't seen those in years! Ha!

Today was my 3rd workout with Taylor. It was a really great session and I had fun as usual. She added some different moves to my routine with increased weight for my upper body. The second circuit felt the hardest to do and the third wasn't as hard (especially squats) although I fatigued faster. I feel really good about an hour after my workouts and through the rest of the day. Cardio tomorrow then rest on Wednesday. The nutrition is starting to become easier although I always check my menu and cheat sheets to make sure I'm getting the proper measurements of the food I'm eating. I'm finally doing this and taking charge of me!

Starting weight at the endo at 10:40AM. First weight training session yesterday. A bit sore but not too bad; much better than I thought.

I accept myself unconditionally right now.
I just hired a personal trainer who is doing nutrition training with me as well. I think it won't be very difficult to do either. Carbs only in the first meal of the day so I'm not going to waste it on very much fruit. I'd rather eat oatmeal, cereal, grains, or bread for my carbs. Fruit doesn't seem to last long and I'm quickly hungry again.
I start on Monday 3/20 and I'm very excited to have someone to help me get this done! First day of Spring = First Step of my Lifestyle Change.

I accept myself unconditionally right now. I feel the pounds melting off me this week. Now to keep the momentum going through Thanksgiving week. It helps that my Mom's new house has stairs that I go up and down often though out the day!
