I accept myself unconditionally right now. I am determined to do this; I am committed to the time it will take; and I will get this done!

Day 2 of WonderSlim 6/21/15
Started the morning with a Mocha Cream shake and didn't like it. It was too sweet. I did however like the Vegetable and Cheese Omlet. We went to The Ram for a Father's Day Brunch and I had a half of a half Chicken Caesar Wrap Sandwich and Side Salad. I did splurge on an ice cream cupcake. I had Cheese Steak Macaroni and tried the Vanilla Cream as a pudding. I was pleasantly surprised that I really liked it in pudding form instead of a shake. I think I will eat all of my pudding/shakes as puddings. It seems to satiate my hunger to EAT it instead of DRINKING it.

Day 3 of WonderSlim 6/22/15
Tried the Mocha Cream as a pudding and loved it. Definitely having all the pudding/shakes as pudding. Also had the Cinnamon Crunch cereal and that was the first Wonderslim offering that I didn't like at all! I'm going to see if I can return it for something else. Had the Chicken & Veg Cream Soup for lunch...it was pretty good. I wasn't crazy about the Strawberry Cream pudding/shake, which I only got in the variety pack.

#1: Get 52 Menus and Grocery Lists set-up.
A. Get Menus setup and old ones deleted.

Exercise Goals:
#1: Walk It Out exercise 15 minutes per day to start.
A. Start it at work on 6/22/15

Lifestyle Goals:
#1: Rediscover Love of Cooking.

Weight Loss Goals:
#1: Stick to WonderSlim Eating Plan

Day 1 of Wonderslim

I started today with a breakfast of Berries 'n Chocolate Crunch cereal in Almond Milk and Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie. The cereal was VERY good and stayed crispy in the milk. On eating it for the first time I didn't care for the Smoothie that much. It has a funny flavor while eating it. It seems very strange to be eating 2 servings of this food...I'm used to eating Medifast where you only get 1 serving of anything. I used my small ninja jar to make the smoothie and I'll have to thank Connor for getting it for me. It was fast and easy to make!
