Another great day of wieght loss! So it looks like my new carb high is 5net carbs! I will see if I can bring that down today. Looks like the italian sausage link yesterday was the grams I could have lived without, I ended up with about 1.5 cps of salad and then a few olives so according to the DR. Atkins book I have (Thanx Mom for one of the originals) I have had well in my rang of 1/2 cup salad greens for the day! Ok today my goal will be to get my net carbs under 5..wish me luck :)
