Laspe in diet
Tried getting back on track today...
Had a really good workout in the gym
Then went to a jap restaurant, thinking I could keep to my "diet" but the sloppy Japanese Chef couldn't be bothered to remove the tempura from my nigitoro even AFTER I sent it back.
Had a bit of tempura.. trying to convince myself that it aint gonna hurt my diet too much....
