Calorie Free Snacking. Please help!
My treat isn't calorie free, but I like Milton sea salt baked chips from Costco.You get 15 crackers for 140 calories and I use them with hummus.I get a carrot/jalapeno blend that is 2tbs for 50 calories. I also eat 2 to 3 apples a day lol. That's where most of my carbs come from. Stay strong and good luck. If you need help let me know.I'm down 29lbs since Dec 1st and don't starve at all.

Do you eat all your calories?
I seem to average around 1300 to 1500 a day. They say it should be 2400, but I have a hard time eating that much lol. I say eat what feels good. I have decided this is a life change and not a diet. I will have good and bad days, but as long as I'm losing inches and pounds I'm happy.

Qsymia anyone?
My wife has been on this since Dec 1st and as of today has just hit the 50lb mark. The end of the month she will be done with them. She has been excited with the results and it has helped us both change our lives. I'm down 25 now.

Depression and Pain
I'm a 100% disabled vet from the gulf war. I suffer from chronic pain, ptsd and several other things. Like you, I let it get the best of me and packed on 60lbs which did nothing but make me feel worse. The big key that I found was to get moving and track what goes in your mouth lol. Start by going swimming and eating better. Once you start to see the weight coming off, you're whole attitude will change towards everything. If you need to talk let me know.

Healthy Snacks
Not sure if they sell the desert bullet/magic bullet in SA or not. I do know that I just looked on Ebay and there are several for sale. Hope that helps.
