I've always had a weight problem, when I was about 10 I was so big that my mom and I wore the same size cloths. I had a stint of skinny in high school because of the constant activity and my aunts intense health food kick, but once i was out on my own the weight slowly came crawling back. I didn't notice it till i looked at the scale and it topped off at 317. I'm 30 years old and I work as a sanitation tech for kraft foods. I'm ready to live a healthy lifestyle.
