Smart choices I made this week...
Analogue: For me it tastes like a little bit of heaven - there's just no eating a "little bit" though. My sister makes and sells it for additional income. She'll send over light chocolate, dark chocolate, orange chocolate sponge candy - last time I turned it away. She should know better. Should you ever get up toward Western NY, I'd say drop in at Watsons Candies and try a piece. Maybe it won't do to you what it does to me.

Sponge candy is a sinful delight, which I'm discovering is unique to Western NY.

asagohan: That is so great! It's always good when you can figure that out before you've regretted the splurge. Realizing something is not worth the points after the fact is the pits.I was very thankful when Krispy Cream left my hometown. I'm proud to say I've never had one. However, my boss provides the staff with the top donut in town every Friday - Paula's in Kenmore NY. They smell divine. Again - all these years and I've yet to try one. Have a great program day tomorrow!

I think I will reward myself! I've been wanting a New Wave Oven - maybe we'll save that for when I hit goal. I know - a new basket for my bike!

Smart choices I made this week...
1) I had three bites of Mom's b-day cake, instead of three pieces.

2) I made the choice to make one evening visit to the fridge grabbing red/green/yellow peppers instead of making repeat visits resulting in frustration over what I want to grab and devour, but shouldn't.

3)Here's the kicker: While volunteering in my community, a candy merchant came by with samples of home-made sponge candy. This is one of my all time favorites and highly addictive for me. I decided to kindly decline, knowing there was birthday cake coming later. It was a killer turn down, (very emotional for me) but I felt like a stronger woman after I had a time of pouting in my head and moved on.

Justice at the scale: down 1.6 this week.
