RDI and weight loss
I am currently using WW online and the points system. It is easy to see when I go over or have points left in most instances.

FatSecret doesn't have this sort of granularity. I was wondering if I stay at or below the daily RDI if that would be basically equivalent to the daily points that WW uses?

Is there a comparable equivalent here on fatsecret to the filling foods concept of WW?
