Hi! I am a very positive, fun-loving young newly married educator who wants to her old body back! I also have a new baby (9 months old) who is adorable but set me back a few pounds. :) I have lost 90% of my pregnancy weight but hope to lose many more.

**I was on the Depo Provera birth control shot for a year and gained (unnaturally) over 60 lbs--I was about 130 lbs. and gaining one to three pounds a year. I now get migraines due to weight gain/hormonal imbalances (I believe). It almost makes me sick just to think about it...everything changed so quickly without me overeating or being sedintary.

I am here to STAY MOTIVATED!!

Please send some love my way! My goal is to lose 60 lbs. in the next few months. I have faith that I can do this, get healthier and get my self-image back to where it should be. :)

Phase One -aaargh
Hi! I am about to start the same cleanse and diet--and I am having trouble even starting it! What I plan to do in by Monday is begin by buying fruits and veggies that I absolutely love. I think that if I eat slices of pinapple, for instance, I may not want the sweet soda. So, try to eat the acceptable foods that you like a lot. And stay away from the things you cannot have! Keep an abundance of the good stuff around you (I may carry things in my car or purse). Remind yourself that the cleanse is only temporary before you can add more to your diet. Good Luck!
