How do I get off the Plateau I find myself stuck on ?
A friend of mine who lost weight so successfully said that when she reaches a plateau she simply eats every 2 hours a 200 calorie snack which I think means plenty of protein. She looks absolutely wonderful and has kept her weight off for years. I am going to try it now myself. Good luck to you! And all of us.
