I love my life, I am a mom of two with a supportive hubby. But I don't feel great about myself since producing these awesome kids. I want to feel good about my body again.

I am looking for support and motivation from friends to help me reach my goals. This year is going to be full of big events for me and it would be wonderful if I could go into them and look back at them knowing I was me, a confident and happy me.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I do an official wiegh in once a week however I will normally "touch base" with the scale daily just to see how I am progressing
