hum Bio. I am female, 36 (shhh), and very self conscious of my weight. I like to be active, but find myself to not really do what I should do to be active. I hope to change that very soon. I am truly unhappy with the way I look and feel presently and that needs to change. The problem is… I LOVE TO EAT!!! So that is going to be my biggest challenge yet. I work at a sit down computer job. I did bring in a hula hoop to do that on breaks but as you see, I am currently sitting at my desk typing this. SO NEXT BRK IT IS ON!! I do have a gym membership, I have not been in a month so must get back at it. OH yeah.. as you see, I like to talk. There is much more to I could tell, but hey I do enough of that on fb. So there you have it.
