1. We have made it to another weekend folks. :-)
2. I haven't been recording as often lately. I've been trying to use my time better with more exercise and task completion around the house.
3. That being said, I have managed to drop some more weight and I am getting closer to my 350 pound barrier. I need to shave off just 3 more pounds to get passed it.
4. My fasted blood glucose is still running a little high @ 117 mg/dL this morning. Trying to stop eating anything after 7:30 at night.
5. My blood pressure was 129/90 @ 80 bpm this morning. It is still running too high. :-(
6. I have been in and out of ketosis a good bit over the last few weeks. My reading on the ketone breath analyzer was only a 30 this morning but, came up to a 41 after I ate. I need to keep my level above 40 to stay in ketosis and keep burning fat.

1. Ok...so, I have been off diet for a bit. I took this past weekend off. I didn't go crazy with desserts and the like. However, I did eat a good bit of pasta and bread type carbs, as well as, a few alcoholic beverages. I went back on diet yesterday.
2. As expected, I gained a few pounds back. But, I am back at it now with new fervor. Gonna make that push to get under 350 pounds!
3. My test have been all over the place for the last few days. I hope to see them level out back to normal by week's end.
4. My fasted blood sugar was 112 mg/dL this morning. I ate my dinner way too late last night (at almost 10pm).
5. My blood pressure was 137/94 @ 84 bpm today. Just way too high! :-(
6. My keto level was a 39 on the first reading this morning but, came up to a 44 by this afternoon. This puts me right on the edge of controlled ketosis.
7. I have been working outside more in the garden and on some special projects of my own. But, I am still not pushing as much exercise into each day as I need to.
8. Yesterday was a hard day, dealing with some tough family issues and deep disappointment (my son & ex-wife). One of the worst days mentally I have had in over a year. I will just move on from here. I will not let this stop me!
