Second day of calorie intake under 2000 calories. I hope I start seeing my weight showing the signs of dedication. I have also drank 76 oz of water.

Great Day!! 5th day of recording and the first day of being under 2000 calories for the day. Very tired and my knee is really hurting bad. I was moving around alot at work.

I have been tracking for three days straight. I heard it takes about 2weeks to 45 days to get a habit started. I hope I can make this a habit. I did not do well with my food intake. I modified my exercise dairy for today since I will be at work and a little more activity. I have been taking in less calories than I have been burning according to my exercise dairy. I believe I am retaining water right now because of medication issues.

I have starting tracking again and mean to stick with it. I really have bad knees and it is hard for me to even walk sometimes. I am planning on getting into a swimming pool to exercise for 30 minutes hopefully this week.

Hi, My Name is Rusty and I live in North Pole, Alaska. The challenge up here is the long winters where you gain 10-15 lbs very winter and then have a hard time taking it off in the spring and summer. I also have arthitis which makes it hard to excerise. I am setting a goal for today of 60 ounces of water and under 2000 calories. I journal my food througout the day and took in 2167 calories yesterday. I figured if I decreased my calorie intake and set a goal I can take one day at a time.
