Great Day!! 5th day of recording and the first day of being under 2000 calories for the day. Very tired and my knee is really hurting bad. I was moving around alot at work.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 September 2012:
1737 kcal Fat: 68.45g | Prot: 95.58g | Carb: 200.29g.   Breakfast: banana, cottage cheese, Kashi Go Lean Cereal. Lunch: special k cracker chips, hellman's , american cheese, lunch meat turkey, sandwich thin. Dinner: hidden valley ranch dressing lite, wendy's salad. Snacks/Other: V-Fusion Light Pomegranate Blueberry, trail mix, fiber one, pretzels. more...
