Still working on keeping up with food log.....fell asleep in the chair after an exhausting day last night. Didn't eat any dinner other than a piece of cheese...does that count? LOL
At some point I will log all my activities ....but haven't done this in so long I am still figuring out how to do it....in life and on here.

uGHHH....I did like 80 stairs yesterday and walked on my lunch 8 blocks...my lower back is hurting today. So much for trying to be healthy...I feel like crap today.
