So, It's Monday again....I am reflecting back on my eating and weight loss and determined I need to go to 1500 calories a day. 1800 just isn't showing any results. I am going to try to eat at our around 1,500 an make better "protein" choices.

Well it's Monday...another week of sticking to it! I get to weigh in on Tues....anticipation is killing me. Hoping I lost at least 1 1/2 lbs like my challenge partner. If it's any consolation...I feel like I have?

This is why you have a partner in a challenge... Got called on why I haven't been logging my meals....I know, I know...but the best part is I'm still "sticking with it" just not the writing and calculating it? I will get caught up though...cuz it's important. Thanks for the reminder! Congrats last week on your 1 1/2lb weight loss...keep going!

I suck...I broke down last night and had a small glass of pop at an event I attended. . .Ughhh...but I'm being honest here.
Today all water and coffee 7/31...off to do gym.

I'm committed to Sticking with it...hope to loose one pound by next Tuesday weigh in...will see. So....shouldn't have eaten that raspberry pie last night...but it was only a 1/2 of a piece ....but man calorie laden??
Starting another day of trying to stick with it...noticed my diet consist of a lot of carbs and fat...less protein. Try to fix that this week.
