Still working on keeping up with food log.....fell asleep in the chair after an exhausting day last night. Didn't eat any dinner other than a piece of cheese...does that count? LOL
At some point I will log all my activities ....but haven't done this in so long I am still figuring out how to do it....in life and on here.

Hang in there. I keep logging stuff even though it's red most days. If you make a template for your basic daily exercise, it's easier than re-entering it everyday. I'll send you an email on where you can do that.
