How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I find that doing it once a week is really nice.
I've found that if you weight yourself every day, and you see that you have gained a little, it's extremely demotivational.
Weekly weigh-ins give you something to look forward too (or not!) and give you a bit of motivation aswell.

Ready to lose it!
Hey everyone, I'm Andrew, I'm a 15 year old Sophomore in high school. I weigh 230 pounds and I'm 5'9".
I'm finally ready to start dieting and exercising to lose this weight!
My main problem is just lazyness and eating at night. I tend to be up late studying and doing homework (or just surfing the web Surprised ) and I'll always just grab a bowl of chips or some ramen or something unhealthy like that.
Luckily, I have an elliptical machine and a treadmill at home, which should make exercising at home pretty easy Smile
I've also got the app on HTC HD2, which should make it easy to get motivation and easy access to all the wonderful tools this site has to offer!
I'm never teased about my weight at school or anything, but I'm just generally sick of what I see in the mirror and I want to change that!
I'm glad I've got an awesome community here to help me out!
