I am a weekend warrior type. I love downhill skiing and do it in all its forms, from racing, big mountain to back country. I love mountain biking, although I suck at it, love playing outdoor competitive soccer, love riding my bike. I have never been a light weight, I have a very sturdy build and I like running and did that for a sport for a long time. I injured myself this year skiing and had a surgical shoulder repair which has laid me low for the last 2 months. I have never had any bad health effects such as blood pressure, or cholesterol or Type 2 diabetes. All of my biological health indicators are stellar, I am just a little chunky right now. I am trying to find a weight I can live with now that I am 57. I have always eaten pretty healthy, so obviously, my portions and habits must be off. I feel I need to drop 20 lbs.
