Can't make the steady commitment. Do well for a few days, and then blow it, and then get back on track. Same with the exercise. My 10 K run clinic is not going well, but I manage to still do two tap classes a week. Mountain biking is starting, joined an all women's club this year. Should be interesting. Why is everything on Wednesday night, tap, running and mountain biking, sheesh. Anyhow, I have been using my shoulder as an excuse since I tore my arm off my shoulder on Family day whilst skiing. They take the plate out on June 13. It has hampered my activities but I have also gotten lazy. It would be nice if I could get down 7 lbs by the time Grade 12 graduation happens the end of May. Anyone else on the rollercoaster commitment ride?

I am trying to up my calories and get into Ketosis. I thought I would be this morning, but no. Anyhow, I am trying to get up to 1600 calories, as I have done the VLCD before and it worked, but I can't do it anymore. My girlfriend has lost over 60 lbs the last 6 months eating a balanced diet of 1600 and working with a nutritionist. The good thing is I am down the 10 lbs since my mom died December 5. Never truly believed in stress weight but it really happened to me. I am also getting over depression which I treated with EmpowerPlus vitamins instead of anti-depressants. So, hopefully things will start to go down. I am trying to find a weight to go into my 60s with that I would be happy with. I would love to be under 160 lbs but not sure that is sustainable.
