A little disappointed was hoping to be a pound or two lighter, but a loss even small is good.

Today I was at 359.8 tomorrow I will record my weigh in. I am only going to record 1x per week so I can get a better weekly average.
I have found a great sugar free candy Russell Stover's miniature raspberry & dark chocolate. Most days I have enough calories for a serving and it is a nice fat boost.

I got way off track and shot up to 368. Over the last 3 days I have regained my focus and dropped back to 360.4. I haven't recorded my weight in a little over a week. I will enter it on Thursday. I am hoping to be down another 2lbs. I have decided I am only going to record it 1x per week so that the average is better. I am still going to weigh daily because that is what I like to do and I may note here in my journal.

Had a bbq last night didn't do horrible but did have too many carbs. Gain most likely sodium.

Today is the completion of 1 month on Atkins. I am down 13lbs I was hoping for more, but it is not a bad loss for a month.
One thing I have noticed is that I need to work on keeping my calories at 1500 or less in order to have the bigger losses.
