I got way off track and shot up to 368. Over the last 3 days I have regained my focus and dropped back to 360.4. I haven't recorded my weight in a little over a week. I will enter it on Thursday. I am hoping to be down another 2lbs. I have decided I am only going to record it 1x per week so that the average is better. I am still going to weigh daily because that is what I like to do and I may note here in my journal.
