Technically I started at 161 before I began my weight loss journey, but I started at 155.5 when I joined fat secret (my max weight I have hit is about 174 lb). I deleted my weight history on here because it wasn't accurate and it was a sporadic mess of random weigh ins. So now it has been updated to where I started at 174. I intend to get down to 135 then address where I want to go from there. If I feel that 135 is my ideal weight then I'll work on things like a better mile time and maybe putting on more muscle. Who knows? Maybe I'll be happy at 145.
I know that at my current weight, I am unhappy with the body (particularly the additional fat in the midsection) I see in the mirror. Right now I am below the weight I graduated High School (I was about 155) which is pretty nice. Hopefully I did not lose muscle tone and it was actual fat.
