Even thought I know I didn't gain any weight.. Bought new scale and the bloody thing weighs everyone in the house 6 pounds heavier it is driving me nuts... So it looks like this huge gain... I have to keep telling myself you are following plan and you are making progress...

[i]So stoked today... Last week I got to up my gym trainer to 2x a week.For the people that don't know me, let me digress a bit In May I teased people that went to the gym out of intimidation that I could never get this fat short old body to do anything constructive there. Well Fast forward I have doubled my first gym assessment. Started with a trainer 1x a week.. My BF couldn't use all of his training sessions so I picked them up so that bumped me up to 2x a week. Well I just found out at the gym that He has bought me 2x a week sessions for a year that puts the plan I bought of 1x a week. I get a total of 3x a week trainer an hour a session. I am so excited since I can finally see some progress. I have come to enjoy the treadmill at 12% incline and 3 mph an hour. Then all the other machine. I still hate the damn boozie {sp} ball.. that will come in time. Just had to share/i]

June 22 Was the 30 day mark for me on DANDR92.. It was been wondeful I mean wondeful I did go through about 4 days of the Atkins flu now I have more energy... Just recently Ramped up my exercise program..Now I will be working with my trainer 2x a week. Continuing to go the gym 5 days a week. Also will be doing my plank, and crunch, push up, squat challenge at home daily. On June 22 I weighed in at 194.8..Today I am up a bit but still have lost 20 pounds in 30 days.. Which is wonderful.
Next 30 day goal is two pounds a week. I want to be at my half way mark on November 1. That will put me at 155. I know the only one stopping me is me. So I am not accepting any excuses from myself I WILL do this period.

Spent the last 4 days on a mini vacation with Sky... had a ball. We stayed in a cabin so that we could buzz down to Homer AK then back up to and then down to Seward. The weather was perfect. I have forgotten how much a teenager can do in 4 days. We have been dogsled riding, Whale watching, glacier hiking, beach walking.. window shopping.
The great thing for me is that I stayed totally on plan didn't even think about going off. Struggled to get in enough water but still managed 3 to 4 liters daily. Even found a new way to make calamari...Now back to the gym tomorrow and catching up on all the flower beds

I am so happy today I have been dreading my first assessment at the gym.. For one thing I went off plan and quit going for almost 3 weeks.. I improved on my stats. I am so please with the hard work I have done in the last two weeks I have lost over 3 inches.. I improved from 5 push ups to 15,squats 5 w/o kettle ball, today I did 15 correct with kettle ball, doubled my curls with 20 weight to 20 curls.. My planks are what blew me away... I started out with a 30 second plank I am up to 93 seconds... My tread mill speed and incline is up... Yeah me.. Iam doing this thing... Finally going to see my body again someday.. Spring of 15 is my goal..
