Great Visit with Naturolpathic Dr. I now must go Gluten free.As best as I can.
No Dairy as well.
She is going to help me with weight and now on Iron supplement as well.

Well blow it today but good. Started great did a 5K then eat all the wrong things, and I am paying for it now. Tummy hurts and my body systems have shut down. Well enough of that, back to eating right, healthy and to my plan.

I must really start to take care and follow correctly. My fibre has been to low a couple of days I was told. Also I have been doing better job with protein. Now I will do better with breakfast. I am great on weekend but during the week I keep grabbing the cold cereal. Will go back to Oatmeal and other grains.
Must have my green drink it does make me feel better for sure. Need to get my iron up too. Good heavens, one thing at a time.
