Okay Tummy still a little acidity so watching carefully what I am eating. Off for a 60minute walk, brisk. Then Making a quinoa and flax bread, hope it works. Also going to make rubbard,stew it up.

No feeling to good today, not sure what I ate last night except we miss dinner thinking the party we were going to had food but it just had veggies and fruit, cake, meat sandwichs, which didn't leave me much to eat. Tummy is upset.

OMG I don't know what has happened but for some reason my sciatic nerve is acting up and back is killing me. I can't workout with this. Darnit. walking is creating so much pain. Hopefully pain med will help.

New day new plan, Oh new scale so have to follow it not sure how close but looks close to Drs. reading, so will use it. Have been working out alot and have to increase protein so I have been told to decrease the bf reading, needs to be lower I am hoping next visit it will be .
