Have started the day right, oatmeal with apples and cinniamon. Getting out to cut the grass before I can't breath out there. Hopeing to get to yoga if my body makes it through this.

Starting over.Have gone way over board and not it is time to rein my self in and get on to my healthy eating plan. Things have been getting worst and worst and my weight it going up up since trying to switch to gluten free. So I am getting off the merry go round and getting on with health before my heart decides to give out on me.

I stepped on the scale and great depression has hit me in the head, god I just can't believe what is going on in my body. Do I have to stave myself to lose weight, this is just crazy. I can't pay any money for help so will have to figure out something for sure.
