I am a single mother of two little girls, ages 5 & 2. I work a full time desk job, come home, take care of the girls, go to sleep...and start the cycle over again. Needless to say, I've neglected taking care of myself - and my body is paying for it!
Last year I lost nearly 30 pounds in 6 months, and I've never felt more fabulous. Then I started dating my current boyfriend, got too comfortable, and here I am again - 30 pounds heavier, plus some. My biggest problem is my serious lack of motivation and self restraint. I'm going to do my very best to change that!
My overall goal is to lose around 50 pounds, but I realize that the number on the scale isn't as important as the number of inches I lose, or the way my body feels. Its a general goal, and if I get there, great! If not, that's ok too. As long as I'm making progress somehow!
