For the first time in years I am conscious of my weight. I have put it on the back burner for so long. My highest weight reached 215 (yes I know to some of you, that sounds small) but reading the chart that labeled me as obese was a real hit. I began to diet and loose weight, coming down to 200. That is where I stayed, until I bought my wedding dress, 2 sizes to small and became determined to fit in it. So here it is, my recent journey began at the weight of 198. I will make it down to 160lbs as a checkpoint, and maybe then some. I feel the best that I have in years, and in return hope to look it on my special day.

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
1) Chub Rub (Walking on the beach this summer was definately NOT my friend)
2) I noticed the majority of my wardrobe was black,navy and brown.
3) The scale last year informing me I was 215...I'm 5'7 and have always been shapely with a small flat stomach, so I didn't notice my weight until I literally looked at the scale and noticed my weight staring back at me.
4) Walking around cracker barrel on a Sunday with ripped pants from the belt line to the butt crack and not realizing it until my Fiance told me AFTER our walmart trip.
5) My wedding dress I ordered that is two sizes too small.

And may I add, my fiance has joined me and been more than supportive in this process, but I feel like living proof of the slimquick commercial, where the woman sacrifices everything and loses 1 pound and the man stops drinking soda and loses 10.
