I couldn't take the Weight Watcher's anymore. I was finding myself much more prone to binge-eating than I had been before and after only 2 weeks, I found myself really put off by fruit due to having to force myself ot eat so much of it. I like this Spike Diet thing; it sounds like something I might actually be able to stick to.

I need to find a way to have more energy. I can't take feeling this drained every day. I really don't like this Weight Watchers thing. I understand that it works for a lot of people, but it just doesn't seem to be doing it for me. I'm already sick of eating fruit so much. I'm starting to crave meat and cheese nearly constantly. I'm very much looking forward to the end of the month when I change to a new diet plan. At the rate I'm going, I might have to switch early. I just don't want to be this tired anymore. I can't even bring myself to workout. The idea of having to stay awake all day is frightening to me right now. If I could do absolutely anything I wanted to right now, I would go back to bed. This sucks.

Planning on going to the store tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to eat better if I have healthier options at home. See how it goes.
