I can't even explain how nice it was to be able to eat until full yesterday! I think it's interesting how much more stressful (but successful) a diet can be when the option of eating more isn't there due to financial restraints. I mean, it's one thing to tell yourself "I can't eat that because I'm on a diet" and completely different to have to tell yourself "I can't eat that because I can't afford to buy it".

Been feeling so tired and so unbelievably depressed. I think part of it is being so poor I have to have a low-calorie diet because I can't afford to eat more. Feels like less of an accomplishment and more of a failure (I can't afford to feed myself so I'm losing weight without exercising). Well, if I can get through half of next week, I can write a check at the store on Wednesday. Not that I'll be able to afford to eat well then either.

I wish I could afford to buy healthier food. I know hot dogs aren't the best diet food, but they're very affordable, especially when you can't afford to spend more than $25-$30 a week on food. I may aim for more soup the next time I can go to the store, it just doesn't keep me full as long.

Well, I'm hoping the fact i can't afford to eat 3 meals a day will help me lose some weight. Unfortunately, that means I can't afford to eat healthy. I'm sort of stuck with frozen and boxed. I know there are "healthy" frozen dinners, but when they cost $3 a pop and the not healthy ones cost $1, it's a no-brainer for me.

Been having a hell of a time keeping track on the weekends since this site (and the app) are usually not working. Sort of a pain in the ass, actually. i hope I'm not just remembering what I want to remember about it. I've thought about writing it on another sheet of paper when that happens, but I find it hard to keep track of, thus why I wanted this app. Well, hopefully everyone else who's clogging up the system will give up on their resolutions soon. I just can't believe I'm only in week 2!! I feel like I've been doing this for 6 months already!
