First goal is to weigh under 200 and stay there, never to see 200 again. only 6 more lbs to go to get to 200. Hope to see progress from 211 at last weigh in at my doctor appt on MOnday.

Went to lunch, had a salad w/balsimic vinegar dressing and cubed chicken, almnds, cranberries and apples.
Baked cookies this afternoon, ate 2 chocolate chip, 2 peanut butter and 2 sugar cookies. First cheat since starting this 1200 calorie program.
