GETTING BACK RDI MAINTENANCE CALORIES
My RDI for my current weight of 195lbs. is approx. 2,000/day calories.

I've lost 40lbs, eating anything I want but limit myself to 1,000/day calories. Over the last 2 months I've crept up my intake calories to 1,100/day & now 1,200/day & still losing weight. My goal is to get to 1,500/day calories over the next month.

My concern is that I will plateau at some point & will gain weight back if I up my intake to the above 1,500/day.


Any advice or tips - Thanks PEDDLER
