Hi my name is Gemma I'm from the uk I'm 33 years old.. I started puttin on weight 2/3 years ago I suffer with major depression and suffer with fibromyalgia and along with that I have a major back problem 😕 So I've found it hard to exercise etc. I still suffer with my problems but I've learnt to kinda live with them now, and now I know what I can and can not do... It's hard for me as my health changes from day to day... So I've focus more on my food intake and tried to cut down on the bad stuff and eat more cleanly. I'm doing Slimming world.
