1st day back counting calories wasn't too bad yesterday. I didn't stick to my RDI very well since I was focused on not choosing sweets. It was really hard after work to not reach for something, but I did it and I am proud.
Made some Crystal Light and that helped satisfy craving for flavor and we all headed out for a run/walk during G's little league practice.
Hubby and I also started BodyRock again. I was grumbling to get started, but I was glad we did it afterwards. It was really hard.

We went on vacation mid March and we returned sick. I lost motivation for a while and I'm trying to get it back with this baby step of returning to Fat Secret today. I can do it!
Hubby and I took Before photos last night and I plan on taking them every week for comparison and a visual motivator to stay on track. We also plan on starting our BodyRock again; we will do 4-5 days each week as well as our other activities.
And I will log everything I eat and exercise.
I can and I will lose the baby weight!

I quit Weight Watchers recently; I just wasn't feeling like it was right for me at this point in time. I am going to count calories and activity.

Had my birthday yesterday and enjoyed a little sweet after dinner. Yum!
Trying to stay on track today to get back down closer to RDI.

Feeling good and still enjoying FatSecret to keep me accountable. I really like the pie chart feedback and seeing the math of calories in vs calories out.
I was sick all last week getting over a nasty cold so I didn't exercise like I normally do. I feel like I can do a lot better again with my exercise now that I'm feeling better.
Also, I'm proud of myself sticking to counting my calories this past week since I got my period today. It's not an excuse and tracking helps me see that I still have control. I can do this! Plan to stay strong these first 3 days of my cycle and try to start breaking my old habits. I can do it!!
I will also drink more water this week.
