I am a 35 yo wife and mother of two, hoping to be three within the year. I am a nurse, and I work two PT jobs. I recently found out that I have Celiacs, and I have also had Endometriosis in the past. I gained weight between my two children due to the Endometriosis I believe. Now I think that the Celiacs plays a part too. I lost 19lbs two years ago, and then slowly put it back on by just not paying attention to my diet and no exercise. I know that my body does not approve of this type of behavior, so I am making a Lifestyle change...I have to anyway, because the grains kill me...so it's lean meats and veggies for me!! Hopping to loose 15-20 more lbs before I get pre go with #3. And hoping to not gain a ton while pregnant. I think since my "diet" is so restrictive, and I suffer sooo badly if I "cheat" it should be relatively easy to do.
